SEMERA CRUSHER SITE

Activities:
Crushing and packaging copper ore in 1000kg/100kg bags.

Ower: We rent a crusher and modify it to crush in 0.0 or finer powder according to customer specifications.

Monthly production capacity: 300/500 tons of copper ore (can be doubled or tripled depending on demand).

Grade (content): Between 15% and 30% copper content.

Antimony-Gold project

Activities:

Focused on the extraction and processing of antimony and associated gold ores.

Ownership:

100% owned by Ado Yaldi Mining PLC, operated through its subsidiary « Abdu, Seeko, Humed, and Friend Mining Excavation Site ».

Primary Reserve estimation:

11.68 million tonnes antimony.

High grade : 1,32% , 1,52% in surface associate whit 2.88ppm Gold.
Status:

Pre-feasibility studies are complete; feasibility and environmental impact studies are approximately 60% complete. The project is deemed ready for medium or large-scale mining, with medium-scale operations expected to commence shortly.

Infrastructure:

Easy access via a paved road ( just 7 km away). Connection to the power grid is possible, and a water source is available on-site.

YALDI GOLD/SILVER PROJECT

Activities:

High grade Gold and silver mining.

Bonanza Grade Au-Ag:

Structurally controlled quartz-carbonate veins host high-grade gold (up to 10.22 ppm Au) and exceptionally rich silver mineralization (up to 2948 ppm Ag).

Preliminary Reserve Estimate (Au-Ag Veins):

Approximately 600,000 tonnes grading 5.5 g/t Au and 250 g/t Ag, for ~107,000 oz Au and ~4.8 Moz Ag.

The geological setting :

(ANS basement window, bimodal volcanics, shear zones) is highly conducive to hosting large Orogenic/Epithermal deposits, with untested potential for critical metals/REEs
